WELCOME TO SOCIAL FABRIC
Tools, rituals, games, and art projects that help you connect IRL with the people you love
TOGETHER BETTER
Social Fabric gives people tangible ways to make intergenerational art and play a part of every day.
We imagine a world where joy is the dominant vibe, where friendships are centered, and creativity is essential. Social Fabric is a hub for tools that can help realize this universe.
You are, too!

Laura makes art that is rooted in nature and play. Most of her work is made with paper and clay and she gravitates toward processes that mimic environmental happenings, like paper marbling, and often add a lot of color to the mix. Her creations range from decorative to practical, but she doesn’t think these are necessarily all that different in the end. She hopes that the pieces she share with friends and the public bring joy, remind adults to play, and pull us back toward the wildness and enchantment of nature.Laura is also a mom to two little humans and one wild dog, and the partner of a philosopher who thinks a lot about the good life.
